Description

The aim of our project is to design, develop and implement advanced computer vision techniques algorithms to extract out meaningful information from drone-imagery in real-time. The modules on which we are working on are following: face recognition, Object detection (i.e. trees/crops and vehicles) and object counting (i.e. geo-spatial tree and vehicle counting). For this project, we have collaborated with a company named Woot-Tech. We will be be developing algorithms for them, which operate both as manufacture, and operations, of bespoke drone technology products for industrial-strength commercial use. Our project would potentially be used by Woot's clientele.
